The high performance three valve two motor control is used on hoists that have 14,000 pounds and greater capacity that are installed with three tanks. Most often, these hoists will be installed from the rear.
To raise the boat, position the boat directly over the hoist using the guide ropes and switch on the blower motors by flipping the black switch to the power-on position. Simultaneously turn the port and starboard valve levers to the lift/launch position. Once the lift contacts the boat, position the center valve lever to the lift/launch position. By partially inflating the two outbound tanks, you will prevent the center tank from becoming a fulcrum that will exaggerate any imbalance in the boat side to side. Once the boat is fully raised and bubbles are exhausted from the tanks, simultaneously turn the levers to the dry dock position and switch off the blower motors.
To launch the boat, turn the center lever to the lift/launch position. Wait approximately 30 seconds and then simultaneously turn the port and starboard levers to the lift/launch position. By partially deflating the center tank first, you will prevent this tank from acting as a fulcrum as the boat lowers. Remember, do NOT switch on the blower motors when launching the boat. You can pause the lift/launch process at any time by turning the levers to the dry dock position and switching off the blower motors.
