Limited Seasonal Depth
For sites where the lowest seasonal water level leaves too little operating depth for a standard UltraLift configuration.
Specially engineered for coves, canals, and low-water shorelines, the UltraLift Shallow Water delivers the same legendary HydroHoist protection — keeping your boat high, dry, and ready for every adventure, even where traditional lifts can’t perform.
Shallow Water Lift Facts
UltraLift Shallow Water lifts support boats ranging from 5,000 lb to 9,000 lb.
These lifts can operate in as little as 22 inches of water plus boat draft.
Designed for shallow shoreline environments where traditional lifts may not operate.
Multiple flotation tanks help distribute lift capacity and stability.

UltraLift® Shallow Water is designed for freshwater locations where limited depth or changing water levels prevent a standard lift from operating reliably. Start with the lowest expected water level—not only the depth available on the day the lift is installed.
For sites where the lowest seasonal water level leaves too little operating depth for a standard UltraLift configuration.
For lakes, rivers and reservoirs that rise and fall substantially throughout the boating season.
For protected, narrow or near-shore locations where depth remains limited even when the main body of water is deeper.
For installations where the usable shoreline and practical lift location move outward as water levels fall.
Extended tank geometry distributes buoyancy efficiently at low depths.
Low-profile frame sits lower in the water while keeping steel components above the waterline.
Hydro-pneumatic operation (120V) quickly displaces water to raise the boat and vents air to gently lower it.
Even lift distribution supports a wide range of hull types with adjustable bunks for precise fit.
Shallow Coves – Premium protection when depth is limited near shore.
Fluctuating Water Levels – Operates consistently through seasonal drawdowns.
Receding Shorelines – Keeps your hull suspended when water drops.
Canals & Narrow Waterways – Low profile and adaptable layout options.
All four models share the same published minimum operating depth. Capacity, required slip width and flotation-tank configuration determine which system may fit your boat and waterfront.

Typical capacity range: 5,000–9,000 lbs
Minimum operating depth: as little as ~22″ of water plus your boat’s draft (site-specific; your dealer will confirm).
Ideal boat types: fishing boats, smaller pontoons/tritoons, runabouts, and many shallow-draft craft up to ~26'.
Dock compatibility: floating docks, narrow canals (site-specific brackets and layouts available).
Not sure which configuration you need? Your local HydroHoist dealer will measure draft, slip, and water profile to recommend the right tank and bunk setup.
