How To Use a 3 Way Control Valve 2 Motor Control

HOW TO USE A STANDARD THREE VALVE TWO MOTOR CONTROL

Written by HydroHoist Marketing

The three-valve control, equipped with two standard blower motors, is used on either a 6,000 or 7,500 pound shallow-water lift. It is also installed on a 5,000 pound shallow-water lift that is converted to either 6,000 or 7,500.

To raise the boat, position the boat directly over the hoist using the guide ropes, switch on the blower motors by flipping the black switch to the power-on position and simultaneously turn the three levers to the Lift/Launch position. Once the boat is fully raised and bubbles are exhausted from the tanks, move the levers to the Dry Dock position and switch off the blower motors.

To launch the boat, simultaneously turn the levers to the Lift/Launch position. Remember, do NOT switch on the blower motors when launching the boat.

*Normally you will open and close all three levers at the same time. However, with this control, you can manipulate the valve position to control the airflow to the center, port, and starboard air tanks. You can pause the lift/launch process at any time by turning the levers to the dry dock position and switching off the blower motors.
