TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Term: HydroHoist Boat Lifts’ 2023 Early Season (“Promotion”) starts on Tuesday, January 1, 2023, and runs through the close of business on Sunday, April 2, 2023 (“Promotion Term”). This program is being run through participating HydroHoist Boat Lift dealers. The terms and conditions set out herein will govern the Promotion. All retail purchases must be made during the Promotion Term to qualify.
Qualifying Products: Products eligible for promotional pricing is BOW GUIDE and CORNER BUMPER. All promotional products must come from new orders and cannot be removed from the current inventory.
Warranty: Standard HydroHoist Boat Lifts’ warranties apply to sales under this Promotion.
Modifications: HydroHoist Boat Lifts participating dealers may suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time during the Promotion Term.
Offer: The offer is valid only during the Promotion Term and while supplies last at each participating HydroHoist Boat Lift dealer. The offer is not valid for purchases before the promotion dates.
Promotion Term. Subject to the foregoing, retail customers are eligible to receive one free bow guide (1032941), and two free corner bumpers (1033085) with the purchase of HydroHoist Lift system at totaling at least $8,000 (USD). Minimum purchase levels are before taxes and exclude shipping and installation fees. The specific model that the customer is eligible to receive shall be at the sole discretion of the participating dealer. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the customer’s sole responsibility. Shipping and/or installation fees may be charged by participating dealers, and do not count towards minimum purchase value.
Additional Terms: HydroHoist Boat Lift and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion material. The Promotion is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and the forum and exclusive venue for any dispute shall be in the State of Oklahoma. HydroHoist Boat Lifts will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential, liquidated or incidental, whether or not foreseeable, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, tort or otherwise and third-party claims even if advised of the possibility thereof. In no event will HydroHoist Boat Lift liability arising from or related to the Promotion exceed $100.
