CLAREMORE, Okla. – HydroHoist Marine Group recently completed the company's largest single-order installation of boat lifts to date, announces Mick Webber, CEO and president.
"We installed a total of 65 boat lifts (hoists) at The Waters, a new marina built in 2008 on Lake LBJ at Horseshoe Bay, Texas," said Webber.
Rob Cunningham, HydroHoist regional manager/Texas, organized and supervised the installation project at The Waters.
"Two types of lifts from the HydroHoist UL-2 Series were installed at The Waters—2-tank 6600-pound and 2-tank 8800-pound lifts," said Cunningham, "and The Waters has ordered eight more of our UL-2 8800-pound hoists."
Adam Agnew is HydroHoist's service manager for south Texas.
"Our UltraLift-2 Serie s boat lifts allow plenty of room for personal watercraft, a fishing skiff and even a place to wet a fishing line," said Webber. "Our models are designed for double-sized and L-shaped moorings. The UL-2 series is recommended for boats up to 30,000 pounds, boats up to 47 feet in overall length, floating docks, extra wide slips and L-shaped moorings."
HydroHoist, the world’s first and largest manufacturer of hydro-pneumatic boatlifts, is a privately held, multimillion-dollar business with over 100 employees and a global market. The company has been based in Claremore, Okla., since 1971.
